One of my stars ⭐️ .michalikova TRANSFORMATION
*I started working with Nina 7 weeks out prior to her show. She needed more guidance and better training & nutrition support and correction of her posing!
*Nina has naturally pretty fast metabolism so she’s one of those rare athletes who did “zero” cardio and ate 2500+ calories per day. Our goal was to bring better physique than her 1st show and improve her posing and we did exactly that. I’m so proud of you Nina!!

So as you all know I have done all this on my own during my fitness journey. And for a few years now I've made it my goal and dream to step up on stage.
❤️Well it's time to get serious and stop putting it off and really start busting ass and catch that dream!
🔥I've decided to finally to work with a coach and get even better than I am today. I met with Andrea Morgan yesterday and we discussed what needs to be done. So I decide to choose Andrea to become my coach. I'm so excited to start this next chapter and journey with you!

🤩When you meet your online client in person 3 weeks out from her show, coz she travelled over 4 hours from Oklahoma to Dallas to have a check in with her coach!!
Impressed by her physique, she has improved so much and especially her posing. Daily practice makes perfect 👌🏽👙💕
She’s 3 weeks out today, eating about 2400 cal 😁🤣because her metabolism is so fast. Excited to see her final package and rock the stage. Our off season goal will be to work on building more muscle especially in her lower body.

My good friend & client Hesham Aqel on his show day Aug 21, 2021 … He totally rocked the stage in his first show …in 16 weeks we dropped 25 pound.
He worked hard and followed his nutrient plan perfectly. Our goal was to be stage ready!! We was not concerned about winning, but about bringing our best package to the stage.
