Its with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Sensei Bert Becerra, he was more than just a Sensei — he was a mentor, a leader, and someone who genuinely loved the sport of Judo with all his heart.

Through his coaching, encouragement, and dedication, he impacted countless students both on and off the mat. His passion for Judo was evident at every tournament he attended, and every athlete he inspired to become stronger, more disciplined, and more confident.

The mats will not feel the same without him, and he will be deeply missed by so many in the Judo family.
