Since I began my teaching career in 2019, Thursdays have been my yoga night. I had the 6pm slot at Yoga Project before the shutdown. Then in 2021, I started my outdoor classes at the Trailhead on Thursdays. I decided not to continue those this year due to unpredictable weather but I’m excited to announce that beginning this week, I’m taking over the 5:30pm heated power flow at Bumble Bee Yoga Community !

Drop-in, use ClassPass, or become a member and join our “hive!” I’d love to see you on your mat Thursdays at 5:30pm or at my Focus Flow classes on Saturdays at 11!
