This summer our new Junior Marketing Director is taking over our page on Fridays. He recently went to an offsite learning event (summer camp) to grow in faith, bravery, and independence. Solid core competencies to invest in.

I love to experiment with AI and Tech. I used ChatGPT and I have to say, though the face sketch is not quite right, everything else is absolutely correct. The brand, the haircut, and especially the words!

Big Talent Uplifted announcement… we’ve officially added a new member to the marketing team.

Meet Keegan, our new Junior Marketing Director. 😎

As a middle schooler, he brings:
✔️ Big ideas
✔️ Strong opinions on colors and logos
✔️ Unlimited energy
✔️ A deep commitment to snack breaks
✔️ Immediate feedback like: “That sounds boring, Mom.”

He’ll be helping brainstorm content ideas, creating designs, testing marketing messages, and reminding me that sometimes the best ideas are the simplest ones.

Now, for legal purposes and overall transparency…
Please note that our Junior Marketing Director is still learning on the job. His compensation package currently includes snacks, occasional Starbucks, and a little bit of money for his savings account.

Honestly, though, I’m excited for the chance to let him learn a little about entrepreneurship, creativity, leadership, and building something meaningful.

And if nothing else, I now have a very honest focus group living in my house. 😂
