Good evening! As the weather is starting to change, I just wanted to reach out and let everyone know ahead of time about Thanksgiving plans. The baseball coaches will host a Thanksgiving lunch either Tuesday or Wednesday during the thanksgiving break. Food will be provided, but everyone is welcome to bring any dish they want. Everyone is welcome. More details will be pushed out as it gets closer to that time!

Good morning parents. The school year has begun and we are ready to work as a baseball program. The first step is getting your athlete cleared to play. The coaching staff has instructed the boys to get a physical and RankOne forms turned in as soon as possible. They cannot participate in the athletic period until all forms are turned in. Thank you for your support. If you have any questions or concerns you can email Head Coach Cortez at

North Side High School proudly announces the promotion of Coach Cortez, formerly Assistant Baseball Coach, to Head Baseball Coach!
Coach Cortez has demonstrated outstanding dedication, leadership, and a deep commitment to the development of our student-athletes. His passion for the game, strong work ethic, and ability to inspire players both on and off the field have made a lasting impact on our program.

I want to thank Principal De La Cruz and Athletic Coordinator Resendez on the opportunity to keep serving the North Side Community. I also want to thank Coach Rumfield for his mentorship these last few years. I truly believe we have the best young men around, and there is no where else I'd rather be. Let's work.
