Another great turnout for our FREE Women Empowered kickoff this past Saturday! 💪🥋

We had a great group of women join us for an afternoon of practical self-defense, learning new techniques, and getting a little more comfortable handling some challenging situations.

A big thank you to everyone who came out, especially those stepping onto the mats for the very first time! We always enjoy seeing new faces, watching everyone work together, and having a little fun along the way.

Sambo Regionals are back this Saturday! 🤼

Our next FREE Women Empowered workshop is coming up Saturday, October 17th! 💪

Spend the afternoon learning practical self-defense in a beginner-friendly environment. We’ll work through techniques you can actually use, build confidence, and have some fun along the way.

No experience needed. Come by yourself, bring a friend, or make it a mother/daughter afternoon.

We had a great time yesterday working with this group from the National Charity League Cowtown Chapter!

We spent the afternoon covering practical self-defense skills, awareness, and some of the fundamentals from our Women Empowered program.

Thanks to NCL Cowtown for inviting us out and to everyone who joined us for the workshop!

A few of us from Fort Worth Combatives traded the mats for the streets and took on the Rahr Oktoberfest 5K.

Good run, good people, and a cold b**r waiting at the finish line. Hard to argue with that. 🍻

This past Saturday, students at Fort Worth Combatives worked through hands-on trauma care to practice wound assessment, packing, bleeding control, and other emergency response skills.

Our goal with these classes is to move beyond simply knowing what to do and give students opportunities to actually perform the skills under increasingly realistic conditions.

Because the first time you try to manage a serious injury probably shouldn't be when it's real.

We had a great time at SMU yesterday working with the Society of Women Engineers on practical women’s self-defense! 💪

We covered awareness, verbal assertiveness, creating space, and hands-on self-defense skills — with plenty of practice along the way.

A big thank you to SWE SMU for inviting us out and to everyone who joined us and trained!
