Pilates Yoga Training Center We invite you to experience a class or a private session to incorporate wellness, breath, movement.

2021 Schedule, in person and on Zoom
Tuesday- Pilates Mat 5-6pm
Wednesday- Pilates Mat 9-10am
Core Yoga 5-6pm
Thursday- Pilates Mat 5-6pm
Friday- Core Yoga 9-10am
Saturday- Pilates Mat 9-10am

Pilates equipment classes and private or small group sessions are also available by appointment, for more information or scheduling

Click on Recordings, then choose either Unlimited or Single Class. Enrolled students can click on the green Zoom Link. You will be put in the waiting room until admitted. See you in the morning!!
