Congratulations to this young man for being named our Athlete of the year. This Junior Olympic Cycle he added 2 more All-American Medals to his Trophy Case, making him a 7x All-American in just 4 years of competing. Houston is up next, and his goal is to add to his Championships!!! Congratulations Dyson!!!!

It has been a great week. We took 7 kids and we finished with 6 PR’s and 3 All-Americans.

This smile says it all. Two years of competing and not complaining, just getting better and trusting the process. She asked me before she ran, "what would I give her if she got her first medal today, and I said something good." Her effort in the 400m today makes it all worth it.Way to Run Bailey!!!
