If you are new, making "gainz" isn't the hard part. Regardless if those gains are losing weight or putting muscle or some combination, there really isn't any magic. The hard part is sustaining those gains once you make them. The reason is that to sustain the progress that you make, you cannot go back to being the person you were prior to the gains.
Do you have a plan to sustain your progress? If your approach was realistic, this will be easier, but still a challenge. Most people are not prepared for this. We can help. You need an exit strategy before your it is time to exit.

Our approach is about partnering with you. We meet you and your body where you are now (not where you wish you were or where you or someone else thinks you should be) and from there help you get where you want to be in a way that you will be able to sustain for a lifetime.

Do you do the same song and dance every year? You start hard and heavy in January at the gym and fade out after two weeks and then blame yourself for being weak and undisciplined? It isn’t you. It is the process. Want a new beginning and better results? Follow these tips and make it happen:
Make space
The first mistake most beginners make is they are already busy and have no time for anything and then try to “add fitness.” The problem is fitness doesn’t fit. If you are ready to make a change, make certain that whatever you commit to, you have time for over the long haul.
Keep it simple
If you are just getting started, we have great news. Everything works! Yes, if you are brand new, anything you do will create some type of stimulus and you will make progress for about 6 weeks. Don’t start out by copying the template that is set up for level “fitness freak.” Keep it simple. Doing so will allow fitness to fit in your schedule and will set you on a course that you can build over a lifetime.
Go slow
Similar to keeping it simple. Start slowly. If you are new, any stimulus will have a positive impact and too much stimulus will burn you out. Your goal should be sustainable progress over a long period of time. View your fitness in terms of a 5-year plan. We do have a secret for you. One you may have never heard anywhere else. If you start slow and make gradual progress, your progress will come faster than you realize as you begin to reap the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. If you go hard out of the gate and are not prepared to recover from the work, you will burn out so quickly any progress you make will be gone faster than you can post your progress pics.
