Confidence looks good on a kid, and parents notice it first πŸ₯‹βœ¨

When a child starts Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the changes show up fast. They get comfortable with hard things, learn to keep trying when something doesn't click, and carry themselves a little taller at home, at school, and around other kids. πŸ’ͺ

That's what we see every week on our mats. Kids solving problems, supporting their training partners, and building the kind of resilience that follows them long after class ends. πŸ–€

Want your child to build that same confidence and learn to overcome challenges? We're your home for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo, and martial arts in North Fort Worth, including after school programs. Contact us today to get started. πŸ“²πŸ₯‹

20 years of teaching, and now Senior Master Viggers is building something new for Fort Worth πŸ₯‹πŸ”₯

On February 20, 2027, Champion Martial Arts hosts its Inaugural Invitational Tournament right here in Fort Worth, TX. It's his first Taekwondo tournament as host, and a chance to bring students, families, and martial artists together around discipline, respect, and community. πŸ†

We're growing this into an annual North Texas tradition, and we'd love local businesses to be part of it. πŸ’ͺ Sponsorship packages are available at Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels, with benefits like signage, social media recognition, tournament shirt placement, and vendor space. It's a great way to support youth athletics and build visibility in the community. πŸ–€

Energy is a choice, and it starts with you πŸ₯‹πŸ”₯

Senior Master Viggers has a simple rule in class: if he's bringing more energy than the students, something's off. πŸ˜„ The ones testing are the ones who need to show up ready, whether that's to train, to learn, or to cheer on the student next to them. πŸ“£

Bring the energy and the room follows. That's how a team gets built. πŸ’ͺ

Want your child learning that kind of focus and leadership? We're your home for Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and martial arts in North Fort Worth, including after school programs. Contact us today to get started. πŸ“²πŸ₯‹

He hit a triangle submission to win his match and take 1st place at the tournament. πŸ₯‡

This didn't come overnight. Felix has competed, come up short, and kept coming back to class to work on his game again and again. This time, all of that work showed up on the mat. πŸ’ͺ

That's what perseverance looks like. As long as you keep trying, you keep learning, and you keep gaining experience along the way. The wins come, and they mean so much more when you've put in the time to earn them. ✨

We are incredibly proud of Felix and can't wait to see what he does in his next match. πŸ–€

Three of our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu kids took on the Spartan Jiu-Jitsu Tournament this past weekend, and we couldn't be prouder πŸ₯‹πŸ”₯

Felix took 1st place in his division. πŸ₯‡ He's usually the smallest competitor on the mat, so this win meant even more.

Aiden earned 2nd place. πŸ₯ˆ

Ilana competed in her very first tournament and walked off the mat with more experience and a great attitude. She's already excited for the next one. πŸ™Œ

It takes real courage to step out and showcase the skills you've learned in class. πŸ’ͺ We encourage all of our students to compete, not just for the medals, but for the experience, to sharpen their skills, and to meet other students and competitors their age. Every match teaches something you can't learn in practice. ✨

So proud of all three of you. πŸ–€

Taekwondo increases focus,
decreases screen time, encourages teaching & improves social skills.
Of course you should enroll your child
in this after school program.

This student started out as a striker. Standing, kicking, and sharp on his feet, but the moment a match hit the ground, he felt lost. πŸ’

Then he picked up Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Now he feels confident wherever the match goes, and that confidence has carried into everything else he does on the mat. His striking is sharper, his technique is stronger, and he trusts himself in every position. πŸ’ͺ

That's the beauty of cross training. Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu make each other better, and you end up a more complete martial artist. ✨

Want your child or family to build that same confidence? We're your home for Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and martial arts in North Fort Worth. Contact us today to get started. πŸ“²πŸ₯‹

Small weapons, big discipline πŸ₯‹

At this age, it's not about strength, it's about control. Learning to move with precision, respect the tool in your hand, and stay calm and focused through every rep. That kind of discipline doesn't stay on the mat either, it shows up in how a kid carries himself everywhere else. πŸ’ͺ

This is what real training looks like, built one careful movement at a time. ✨
