“Why do some people fail fitness programs?”

Honestly? We don’t think it’s because people are lazy or unmotivated.

Most people who struggle with consistency just haven’t found a type of fitness they genuinely enjoy yet. ❤️

Because once you find something that lights you up, everything changes.

Injuries happen… from sports, old nagging issues, or even sleeping weird 😅 But they don’t have to stop your progress. 💪

Richie joined CFIH almost 3 years ago after hitting a plateau while working out on his own. Since then, he’s gotten stronger, leaner, and accomplished things he never thought possible (including his first unassisted pull-up). Woot! 🙌

Even after rotator cuff surgery, Richie didn’t let his injury hold him back. With the support of our coaches and community, we modified his workouts, helped him stay consistent, and kept him moving toward his goals during recovery. ❤️‍🩹

The best part? Richie met us halfway, trusted the process, and we worked together to make it happen. 🥹 That’s what it’s all about.

Your fitness journey doesn’t have to take a back seat because of an injury. We’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward safely and confidently so you can keep working toward the goals that matter most to YOU. ❤️

Strong bodies = stronger confidence for kids too! 💪

Our Intro to Lifting Camp is designed to help children and teenagers in grades 6 through 12 build confidence, learn proper lifting technique, and develop healthy habits in a safe, encouraging environment.

This is about more than just lifting weights. It is about teaching discipline, consistency, body awareness, and self confidence that carries into sports, school, and everyday life. 🙌

With proper coaching and age appropriate instruction, kids and teens will learn:
✔ Proper lifting form and technique
✔ Safe movement patterns
✔ Strength and conditioning fundamentals
✔ Confidence through progress and achievement
✔ Healthy habits that last beyond the gym

📅 Camp Dates: Monday, June 15th through Friday, June 19th, 10-11am
