Houston Sprint in da books. Sloppy course, my bleeding hands killed me on a couple obstacles. 7th place at the halfway post then the wheels fell off, finished top 60. Gotta keep grinding.
Everybody want to be an OCR runner but nobody want to put in that work.

Check out this crazy dude. I was running my 35 minute easy run today and all of a sudden this dude started following me on his unicycle. I naturally started running faster, I guess because a dude on bike following you makes you just wanna gooooooo!! Great half mile push. How many of yall have had a unicycle follow you around while you train.

Training at 75% of Max HR can be very challenging because your instinct is to wanna go faster. But on mile 6 I pushed the pace and finished with a 8:05mile. Not bad but after 3 weeks of training these runs are getting easier and easier! Also I know around the country it's getting colder even snow in areas. Cold, Wet and windy here in DFW, Texas!

2 workouts today! Finished with 12 x 400's with 5 Burpees between laps no rest all for time and finish with 1 x 200 cool down. And still have Grip Work To Do At the hizzzzouse!

Good morning Everybody! This is why i conduct accountability and support groups all year round because in the groups we are surrounded by positivity and motivation...We can be our toughest & biggest critic! Now... Add the haters and their cruel comments and you have a tough battle. Love yourself, be positive and realize you are taking steps to improve everything about you. It doesn't happen overnight but everyday we get closer.
