🏓 WE'RE HIRING at Indoor Pickleball Now! | Fort Worth, TX
Indoor Pickleball Now is a 5-court indoor pickleball club open 24/7 in north Fort Worth, near Keller and Haslet. We're growing and looking for friendly people to join our team. Two open roles:

🎾 PART-TIME PICKLEBALL RECEPTIONIST | $14/hour
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Evenings and weekends are when new players walk in for the first time, and we want a friendly face at the front desk to make them feel at home.
🗓️ Schedule: A few weekday evenings (about 3-hour shifts, roughly 7–10 PM) plus weekend shifts (Saturday afternoons and Sunday evenings are our busiest). About 12–20 hours a week.
✅ What you'll do:
• Greet and check in players, and help first-timers get set up
• Introduce new players around and pair them into games
• Explain the basics, how open play works, and our programs and memberships
• Plan and host light social events like round robins, mixers, and theme nights
• Keep the courts and lobby tidy and help close up at night
🙌 What we're looking for:
• Outgoing, friendly, and easy to talk to
• You play pickleball and know the rules and basic scoring (no need to be an expert!)
• Reliable and comfortable opening or closing on your own
• Comfortable with a tablet check-in system (we use CourtReserve)
• 18+ (bonus: hospitality, customer service, or event experience)

🏆 PICKLEBALL COACH | Commission-Based

We have a steady stream of new and returning players looking for lessons and clinics, and we'd love coaches of every style and level to teach here.
✅ What you'll do:
• Teach private and semi-private lessons, clinics, drills, and more
• Lead beginner programs plus skill-building sessions for intermediate and advanced players
• Set your own schedule around your other commitments
🙌 Who we're looking for:
• Any pickleball coach: new or experienced, full-time or a few hours a week
• Friendly, patient, and great at making lessons fun
• PPR, PTR, IPTPA, or similar certification is a plus, not required
• Your own liability insurance (certificate on file before your first lesson)
💰 How pay works: You earn a share of every lesson and clinic you teach (we'll walk you through the split). No hourly pay and no cap on what you can earn. Indoor, climate-controlled courts with 20–22' ceilings, available 24/7, and we help promote your lessons and clinics.
