What do I mean by quality?
- I mean whole, all natural foods- not processed foods.
Processed foods is engineered to make you eat more!
- hyper palatable, pretty colors, not satiating, etc.
When you consume all natural foods- you are aware of your food & it will fill you up quicker- In the end you will eat less calories.
60% of Americans eat the majority of their calories from processed foods.
You know what’s funny? 60% of Americans either overweight or obese?
-Direct correlation? Yup.
So the quality of calories dictates the quantity of your calories.
So let’s work on the quality of our calories before we look at calories counts.
2 months ago- Ky was squatting a total of 65lbs for 4 reps.
Today: 135lbs for reps— WITH MORE IN THE TANK!
Pumped for Max out week!
