After months of hard work, persistence, and patience, Camilla finally got her kip! 🎉
The kip is one of the most challenging skills in gymnastics. It takes strength, timing, technique, and most importantly—the willingness to keep showing up even when progress feels slow.
Camilla is a great example of what can happen when you trust the process. She stayed consistent, accepted corrections, worked through frustrations, and never gave up on her goal.

Lone Star Gymnastics brings home GOLD from the US National Championships!
Brenton is your Back to Back National Floor Champion, winning Floor against a field of nearly 160 athletes from across the country. He also finished 3rd on Vault and 10th All Around nationally.
Zane finished 6th on Rings, 17th All Around nationally, and posted a career high 71.7 All Around score.
Proud of these athletes and the way they represented Lone Star Gymnastics on the national stage.

Lone Star Gymnastics is headed to Day 2 Finals at Nationals!
Huge congratulations to Zane and Brenton for qualifying into finals against the toughest field in the country. Out of 159 athletes competing, only 48 advanced to Day 2. Even crazier, the point spread between 1st and 48th was only 4.5 points.
That level of competition is insane and both athletes rose to the occasion.
The best part? Both athletes are still in position to medal heading into Sunday’s competition.
Proud of these guys and excited to see them compete on Sunday. Let’s go Lone Star!
