When taking class as a teen our Grandmaster drilled us on hygiene and proper care of our uniforms such as, folding your belt and uniform properly after washing and drying. Many instructors take a sloppy or wrinkly uniform as disrespect to yourself, your uniform, your instructor, and your dojo, sometimes a little bit of detail can go a long way!

Stambaugh Gearing up for Rio 2016 Victoria Stambaugh, a native Texan who was born and raised in Pasadena with family roots from Puerto Rico, is a world ranked taekwondo fighter. She also has her sights on medaling at the upcoming Rio Olympics in August 2016.

Thinking of those affected in the storms, Garland and Rowlett were my old training grounds, I have many great memories and trained with many wonderful family's, thinking of all of you, may our Father watch over you and your family.
