Set up a mobile yoga camp with me! Camp season is my absolute favorite time of the year! This marks our 6th year at and the 84th camp we’ve hosted!
As I get everything ready, I can’t help but feel the excitement building! Each day is prepped and organized with love, including yoga flows, yoga activities, process art, sensory play, and science experiments!
I start by unpacking the first 2-3 days, and as we wrap up each project, everything goes back into the wagon. This way, after an amazing week of fun and learning, clean-up is efficient and manageable!
Camps hold a special place in my heart, whether I’m hosting in the community or at the studio. They create joyful memories and impactful experiences for our kids, providing a safe space for them to explore, grow, and connect.

Is there anything sweeter than the giggles of little yogis? Tiny feet on the mat are more than just adorable—they’re taking their first steps towards mindfulness and movement! Our toddler classes are a beautiful way for parents and children to bond, creating precious memories filled with shared laughter and discovery.
As they stretch, breathe, and play, we’re planting the seeds of mindfulness, helping them grow into confident, calm, and connected individuals.
We are putting a yogi twist on the classic “Rock, Paper, Scissors.” Instead of only using our hands, let’s use our entire body!
How to Play:
🪨 Chair Pose = Rock
✂️Star Pose = Scissors
📄 Mountain Pose = Paper
The winners are determined as follows:
Chair Pose (Rock) defeats Star Pose (Scissors) 🪨 > ✂️

This game is a fantastic way to get kids moving while enhancing their quick thinking skills and fostering mindfulness. Plus, playing yoga games encourages physical activity, boosts confidence, and cultivates a sense of community.

We recently had the opportunity of hosting an incredible restorative yoga workshop for moms from by After class they got to enjoy a seminar with who shared about self-care tips and discussed the importance of nutrition. Overall we had an incredible time and were able to cherish the power of togetherness. Let’s always support and uplift our mamas on this journey of love and care.
