With summer workouts being postponed, it's so important to make sure you as a student-athlete are properly prepared.

If you're a high school or middle school athlete trying to get in shape for your upcoming season, enroll in 56 Fit's Strength and Conditioning camp!

You'll get 4 training sessions a week for 4 weeks, where we'll focus on improving strength, power, speed, and flexibility.

At Home Exercises - Warm Up 05/28/2020

Since gyms have been shut down for a while, some (or many) of you may feel like you've lost some progress and aren't sure where to start again with your fitness routines. Now that things are opening back up, the "at home" series I made a few months back is a great place to start! All exercises can be modified for beginner and advanced levels and the tutorials will walk you through how to perform each exercise properly. Strength 💪🏼 & Conditioning 🏃🏽‍♀️Camps at Pop’s!!!
Camps are designed for Middle School and High School athletes from all sports who are serious about improving their athletic performance for the upcoming season. This month-long camp will focus on proper warm up techniques, core stabilization, rate of force development, strength training with an emphasis on compound movements, change of direction/agility and speed work. Athletes should come prepared to improve speed, power, strength and flexibility.
Fort Worth Country Day Strength and Conditioning Coach, Danny Stokes, will offer camps Monday-Thursday June 1, 2020-July 2, 2020.

Designated times listed below:

Middle School Boys: 10am-11am

Middle School Girls: 11am-12pm

High School Girls: 1pm-2:30pm

High School Boys: 2:30pm-4:30pm
