A JAMA meta-analysis of 100,000+ people found that every small improvement in cardiovascular fitness measurably reduces your risk of dying. Your VO2 Max is the number. A breath test is how you measure it.

BIG NEWS. 👏
After 10 years of coaching at enduraLAB, Coach Mark Anthony Alvarado is stepping into a new role as our General Manager.
If you've ever taken one of Mark's classes, you already know what makes him special. He cares deeply about people, brings energy to every session, and is always looking for ways to help athletes improve.
Now he'll be doing that on an even bigger scale.
As General Manager, Mark will help lead our coaching team, shape our programming, strengthen our community, and continue creating the experience that makes enduraLAB feel like home.
This isn't just a promotion, it's an investment in our members and in the future of enduraLAB.
We're incredibly grateful for everything Mark has poured into this community over the last decade, and we can't wait to see what's next.
👇 Help us celebrate!

MRIs find what's inside. Blood panels track chemistry. Wearables estimate trends. None of them measure how well your body actually performs.
That's what breath testing does and it's the marker most linked to longevity. Swipe 👉

Summer schedules are all over the place, but this crew still found a way to get their check-ins.
One of our favorite things? We've had members doubling up on workouts and recovery before heading out on vacation so they don't lose ground while they're away. That's commitment.
Whether it was classes, open gym, personal training, or a sauna and cold plunge session, they made it happen.
Congrats to everyone who made the June Committed Club. We love seeing you make your health a priority even during the busiest time of year.

Heads up for the holiday weekend 🇺🇸
Our country’s 250th birthday is this weekend, and we’re adjusting the schedule so everyone can enjoy the 4th.
Friday, July 3rd: One class at 9:30am
Saturday, July 4th: Closed
As always, members still have 24/7 access, and the app will have the most up-to-date schedule.
Have a safe holiday weekend, enjoy your people, and we’ll see you on the flip side.
What would your walk out song be? 😂

Full-body MRIs find what's hiding. They can't measure how well your body actually works. VO2 Max is a stronger predictor of mortality than smoking or diabetes and no scan can capture it. A breath test can.
Schedule your test today at enduraLAB.

We're like proud parents! 🥰
RIR = Reps in Reserve.
It’s one of the ways we help athletes train hard without guessing, overreaching, or turning every set into a max-effort grind.
In our programming, RIR gives us a way to match the day’s training to the athlete’s actual readiness. Some days you have more in the tank. Some days you don’t. Knowing how many reps you could still perform helps us adjust intensity, build awareness, and keep progress moving without unnecessary wear and tear.
Coach Adonys breaks down what RIR means and how we use it at enduraLAB.
Are you training with intention, or just chasing fatigue?
