After winning the 1st place award for best mechanical drawings, Stony Point scored 5th place in the Advanced Classic division. Thank you for everything solar fans, we will see you again next year for the 2023 cross country race to Palmdale, California! ☀️

After doing 184 laps (unofficial count), Stony Point Solar earned 5th place in the Advanced Classic division of the 2022 Solar Car Challenge! Packing up now and going to the banquet. Thank you for your support during the race, solar fans! ☀️

Solar fans, we’ve had a good morning of scoring laps and only had to pull off for a quick charge!!☀️

Good morning solar fans! We are charging up for another day out on the track. Day 4, the final race day, will be a good day! ☀️

Hello solar fans! After a morning of scoring laps, we’re breaking for lunch! With some minor changes to our motor controller coming up, we should be back to be speeding down the race track!! ☀️

Day 3 is going smoothly! Our team has an interview coming up at 11:00 on the Solar Car Challenge livestream, so look out for us! ☀️
