Adrian teaches us Power Sled Walking + the benefits!!

Sled work can build the entire posterior chain, raise aerobic and anaerobic capacities while building explosive force, increasing strength endurance and working as a means of restoration.

The intensity and volume depends on the need

To pull the sled, tie a belt around your waist for 60 yards doing 6 trips. Rest as long as the duration of each trip, with an optimal weight that should allow you to keep a constant speed, pushing through the heels with force so you can hear the sled with force so you can hear the sled, pushing through the heels with force so you can hear the sled jerking on each step.

*make sure to time each trip and use it as a benchmark to improve*

Here is a great Bicep to Tricep Cable exercise!!

Make sure to have your body in an L shape, not leaning back too far forward.

The cable should be perpendicular to the ground as the cable comes straight to the ground.

15 reps of 3 sets.

Jordan shows us how to use the belt squat!!

The difference with the Belt Squat than a normal Barbell Squat is that the focus and pressure is on your hips and not your spine.

While holding on to the bars the force is being generated strictly from your legs and core.

A narrowed stance allows you to focus on your quads more, while wide allows you to focus on the glutes/ hamstrings.

3-4sets of 8-12 reps is ideal!!
