🌿✨ Kundalini Yoga for Immune Health & Disease Resistance ✨🌿

This special workshop is led by Sandra Schulze, whose own healing journey brought her deeper into the practice of Kundalini Yoga.

After completing breast cancer treatments, Sandra found herself needing healing not only in her body, but also in her mind and spirit. She first came to Raja Yoga through sound baths, and soon after joined Kundalini Yoga teacher training at a time when she says she needed it most.

Through kriyas, chanting, meditation, breathwork, and a 40-day sadhana focused on healing, Sandra found practices that helped her reconnect with her body, steady her mind, and support her recovery.

Now she wants to share these tools with others who are on their own healing journey.

This workshop will include:

🌀 Gentle warm-up & lymphatic tapping
🌀 Kriya for disease resistance & immunity
🌀 Healing chant & meditation
🌀 Restorative sound bath
🌀 Community connection & sharing

Kundalini Yoga offers powerful practices for supporting vitality, resilience, nervous system balance, and inner healing. Sandra brings her lived experience, compassion, and love for blending Eastern and Western approaches to health and recovery.

Somatic Vinyasa Flow with Alexandra Sifuentes ✨

This is not your typical Vinyasa class.

Authentically taught by Alexandra Sifuentes, Somatic Vinyasa Flow blends breath, fluid movement, intuitive transitions, and embodied awareness into a practice that feels less rigid and more alive. Many students describe it as softer, freer, more feminine, and “juicier” than a traditional flow class.

As a man who attended last Sunday alongside a few other men, I found it to be a refreshing way to step out of the overly structured patterns and routines society tends to condition us into. The practice helps the nervous system unwind while reconnecting us to something deeper and more authentic within ourselves.

Expect flowing movement, presence, breath, mobility, release, and a chance to settle back into your body in a way that feels grounding, expressive, and deeply human.

Come experience something different. Tuesday’s at 6:00pm at Raja Yoga Studio

Friday, May 8 at Raja Yoga Studio, George Robinson will guide the Kundalini Meditation Series for Treating Sleep Disorders, followed by gong relaxation and live kirtan with harmonium.

These sleep practices from the Kundalini Yoga tradition are designed to help quiet mental overactivity, relax the nervous system, and support deeper rest and recovery. In a world that keeps so many people overstimulated and disconnected from true rest, these teachings offer practical tools to help restore balance to body, mind, and spirit.

The evening will close with the healing resonance of the gong and live kirtan led by George, creating space to soften, ground, and settle deeply into the heart.

No experience necessary. All are welcome.

Please bring anything that helps you feel comfortable for meditation and relaxation.

Doors open at 6:00pm, practice starts at 6:30pm.
