I am so proud of this amazing individual who walked through our doors. He was going through a difficult time, with a divorce, stress and excessive alcohol consumption taking a toll on his health and well-being including hair loss.
But he never let that defeat him. He showed up every day, focused and determined to take control of his life. And let me tell you, the results are astonishing! 30lbs lighter, a head full of hair and a newfound confidence, this guy is now a true stud!
The gym became his sanctuary, helping him deal with life's challenges and emerge stronger. This transformation is not just physical, it's mental, emotional and has had a profound impact on his career and life. I am honored to have been a part of this incredible journey.

One of the many feelings when you're on a health journey is the feeling of new. π₯°
You feel more energetic, your skin is glowing, you're seeing muscles you didn't know exist. ππ₯
Not to mention the clothes you wear on the daily, are loose to where you NEED to go buy new ones. π
When you see pictures of Before/Afters we focus on the image...because duh they're pictures and you can see the results immediately! πΈ
Keep in mind, results aren't ALWAYS surface level.
Remember that when you feel like you're stuck in a plateau.
Scale isn't moving?
That quality of sleep has been *chefs kiss*, no?
Didn't you just lift a 25 lb dumbbell that you couldn't lift before?
