Actually let me share a coaching tip right now to get us in a flow for January 14th! 💗🤔
🔥I will give you all a peek into what I do that I’ve done for over 15 + years now.
As women (and I’m talking about how we are wired), we tend to rush to plan 2026. It’s like it’s another chore. A checklist that says “we did the board” now what’s next and then at the end of the year we are frustrated, sad, mad, defeated, feeling overwhelmed and under appreciated. I believe we do that to ourselves. We self-sabotage! Yep I said it! 🔥🔥🔥
Setting goals, cutting vision boards, chasing “next”— without ever honoring what this last year actually required of them.
✨Clarity doesn’t come from moving faster. It comes from listening deeper.

The week between Christmas and New Year I don’t do very much for anyone else except what matters to me(now that’s within reasonable parameters depending on your season in life but even with kids, I either left for a day or two or hubby stepped in or I woke up really early to have absolute silence).
