Madison and Mandy Flowers took 2nd place overall male and female at 3 Chaparrals 6hr trail race this past weekend!! Palo Duro Canyon is amazing.

Ironman 70.3 Dallas was a blast!!! All of our coaches raced (except Will) and some of us were sporting the new 80s remix edition tri kits:-)

Congrats to coached athlete Ivan Garcia on his recent race at the Chevron Houston Marathon. He beat his previous PR by 24 minutes finishing with a time of 3:30! Great work!
