I’m grateful to Women in Aviation International for the opportunity to lead multiple self-defense sessions at the 2026 conference.

These sessions went beyond physical techniques, they were also about building confidence, awareness, and the ability to respond under pressure.

I truly love this mission and the opportunity to contribute to something that helps women feel stronger, more prepared, and more empowered. Thank you to everyone that attended one of the sessions!

Start 2026 with the Gracie Combatives program at Fort Worth Combatives — the world-renowned self-defense system built on leverage, strategy, and proven fundamentals.
