Furthering my education in meditation. Mindful meditation is a great start to anyone’s day. Some benefits include, stress relief, focus, calmness, relief of anxiety, depression, and so much more! I’m looking forward to deepening my knowledge in the practice of meditation so I can share it with you. 200 Hour Meditation training has begun! 🧘🏾

The Maldives was a part of my journey- my Yoga Yatra. It was easy to see the natural beauty the location offered, which is why I seized a number of opportunities to add asanas to the lovely scenery.
Our journeys may not always be in areas with apparent beauty. No matter where you are, I encourage you to see the beauty in the “here and now- wherever that may be. Let your yatra harmonize your mind, body and spirit.
