Just in time for Christmas, Beyond the Diamond Documentary is now available for public viewing!

BEYOND THE DIAMOND TCU student produced documentary sharing the stories of three professional baseball players and their families. Featuring baseball's first lady, Ruth Ryan.

We're proud to announce that Beyond the Diamond won the award for Best Overall Documentary Short at the 2019 Fort Worth Indie Film Showcase! It's here!! Join us TONIGHT at the BLUU Auditorium for the free premiere of "Beyond the Diamond". Doors open at 6:30pm with coffee, tea and desserts served in the lobby. At this point you can reserve your seats in the auditorium. The screening will start at 7pm, and a brief Q&A session with the cast and crew will follow. Seating is limited to the first 300 guests. Please take note, there is a TCU Men's Basketball game this evening, therefore the parking lot by Schollmaier Arena won’t be open. Parking will be available in lots 3, 5, 8 and the University Christian Church lot. The attached map has parking options circled in red and the BLUU circled in purple. We can’t wait to see you! It’s time to introduce the rest of our student crew.

First is Nick Cieslukowsi on our Camera Crew. Nick is a senior, from Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Fun Fact is he loves the Green Bay Packers!

Next we have Lindsay Tomaini also on our Camera Crew. She is a junior from Naples, Florida. Fun Fact is she runs track and cross country at TCU!

The next crew member is Michael Smart on our Research and Writing team. He is a senior from Atlanta, Georgia. Fun Fact is his favorite sports team is the Atlanta Braves!

Next is Lindsey Follis also on our Research and Writing team. She is a junior from Palos Verdes Estates, California. Fun fact is her dad was a pro golfer and uncle won the World Series with the Dodgers!

Our next crew member is Nick Friedler our Lead Editor. He is a senior from San Ramon, California.

Next we have Chase Cameron our Music Supervisor. He is a senior born in houston, went to high school in San Diego and currently lives in Austin now. Fun Fact is he is ambidextrous and can use his right and left hands equally as well.

Last but certainly not least is Chris Bollig our Assistant Editor. Chris graduated in December and is from Kansas City. He is working at Sports Radio 810 WHB in Kansas. Fun Fact is that he can throw a football left handed but he throws a baseball right-handed.

We are so excited that we are one week away from opening night! The doc will premiere at 6:30 pm at the Bluu Auditorium, and we can’t wait to see everyone there!
