What is the BEST Time for your schedule?

I’m so excited! I’ll be starting up a few small group classes and personal training times for strength training with a full awesome home gym! I’m reaching out to y’all to Not Stop CG, but to see if anyone is interested in these. If you are send me best times for you. Classes will either be 30 minutes or 50 minutes. All of your input is appreciated.

Also, if you would like to be added to the group page for these times and classes please message me or comment below! I’ll be starting a new group page for CG too because this one won’t let me change the name! Let’s get fit together!

Does anyone know how to help me change the name to to this group? I’ve tried but can’t figure it out.
