4 Week Sports Performance Training Camp A four-week training camp for children of all levels of fitness and athleticism.
We have 3 different age groups "Kids" (5 to 7) "Youth" (8 to 12) "Young Ladies and Young Men" (13 to 17). Your child will leave each workout feeling more confident in themselves and noticeably better in their physical abilities. I remember the days growing up where kids (including myself) had to be in before the streetlight came on and you did all you could to push it to the last minute! Now I look out in my neighborhood and many others and there very few kids (if any) to be found outside! This is why we're starting the Fitness and Sports camp on October 15th!
