Includes weight lifting Gym and cardio machines, along with the classes above

I made chicken for the fight team this weekend at our quarterly team function. I told them, they bring the wins, so I bring the wings. My favorite moment was when I said, “Hey the second batch is ready” and they all quickly got up in unison to go back in the kitchen for more. Proud moment for me. I gets down when I cook…I gets down!

Practice is canceled today. The state says the roads are too dangerous. There are accidents everywhere and streets blocked off. Please be careful and be safe. God Bless!

Youth Classes

120$ a month on 6 month contract

For those that need a none contract option. It is 140$ a month

Private sessions are 50$ for half an hour and 100$ for a full hour

We have Muay Thai, Kickboxing, BJJ, wrestling and boxing.

We offer 1 free class to try it out

I work with World Class Champions in all of the major combat sports. MMA: UFC, Bellator, LFA. Kickboxing: K-1, Glory, One Champion, and boxing. Come to War Room and be part of the team.
