A friend of mine needs to rehome their sweet dog, Timber! She is 6 years old, a Boxer, pit mix, spayed and up-to-date on her shots! She needs a home with out children and other animals. Let me know if you know of anyone interested or you yourself would like to add an additional family member! Fingers crossed we find her a new forever home!❤️

so sadly I have to announce that this week is Coach Cuong’s last week with us. He will be moving on with his family to start a new chapter. Saying that he will be missed is an understatement... we love and appreciate you and know that you always have a place with us at CrossFit Anthology!❤️❤️💪
