Every year Beltane stops me in my tracks.

It’s the time on the Wheel of the Year that reminds me — we are the bridge. Between body and spirit. Between what’s here and what’s coming. Between the vision and the life we’re actually building. Between the divine feminine and masculine within us.

Beltane — which means “brilliant fires” — marks the beginning of the bright half of the year in the Celtic Wheel of the Year. It is a time of sacred union, of activation, of feeling the life-force rising in us once again. It’s a time of pollination, of passion, of stepping forward into the fullness of what we are here to create.

And sound is one of the most powerful ways I know to support these thresholds — on a frequency level, in the body – it goes beyond words and the thinking mind.

I created this Beltane sound journey to support us in crossing this threshold into more integration, wholeness, and honoring the sparks that call us forward.

We start May 12!

Waves of grief have been pouring through me this week. Grief that is personal, global, ancestral, and in my DNA as a woman.

7 years ago I began a journey to open my voice to be used as an instrument to move energy.

To heal, to express, to transmute… ripping back the curtain of what voice “should” sound like – and using this powerful portal for what it’s meant for – sound, expression, healing, medicine, love.

When words just won’t do, we can use our voices to sound what’s alive.
To sound our grief.
To sound our anger.
To sound our sadness.
To sound our aliveness, within it all.

To connect through this collective frequency that we all have access to.
To love.

In a time of ongoing violence, widespread SA, power hungry leaders, and a system that harms the most vulnerable, the forces at play would have us stay silent.
To grieve behind closed doors.
To hold it in.

But we can refuse to be poisoned with their barbs of fear.
We can alchemize.
We can love.
We can remember – we have voice.

I had been singing my whole life but the call to use my voice in a different way.

To use my voice for healing.
And I’m so glad I listened.

I found a mentor. I began to open my voice as a channel.
And the world opened up in wild ways.

The journey was just as much unlearning, than learning.
Unlearning all of the conditioning we have on our voices.
The need to sound a “certain way”

And learning to open my voice as a channel for the highest and best to move through.

What a gift it has been!
My vision opened.
Clairvoyance pouring in.
Messages and synchronicities.

Getting to be of service to so many beautiful souls.
Sound healing with voice has been the vessel that has allowed me to serve my community, as well as all over the world.
And I’m so grateful to get to walk with others to do the same.
