6/13 - Getting up on a summertime Saturday morning to train at the dojo takes a great deal of Desire, Dedication, Determination and Discipline! However these Black Belts and students chose to make that commitment this morning! Thank you to Curt Brannan, Ferdinand Perez, Joe Hoskins, Scott McNabb and Trynity Hoskins for leading the students with consistently and Godly character. We are grateful for GM Brannan's reminder to "Be strong in the Lord and His mighty power and to put on the full Armor of God". (Eph. 6:10-18).

6/2 - Youth & Adult Bag Workout classes led by Black Belts: Ferdinand Perez, Mackey Hermosillo and Richard Hoggarth.
Bag workouts in martial arts build striking power and allow students to pressure test combinations without a human opponent. Bag workouts condition bones, muscles, ligaments and are essential for sharpening techniques.

5/26 - Grandmaster Ferdinand Perez is training the adult students to properly develop their kicking skills. Martial arts kicking techniques vary widely across disciplines, ranging from devastating linear strikes used in Muay Thai and Karate to the high-flying, acrobatic spinning kicks seen in Taekwondo. Mastering any kick requires precise ex*****on of the three phases: the chamber (loading the leg), the strike, and the rechamber (pulling the leg back).
