Another weekend, another 8 games! 💙 🥎

These girls went 5-3, and went 2-2 in pool play. We came out Sunday and dropped our first bracket game, putting us in the Silver bracket… and these girls said, “Okay, bet.”
The bats woke back up, the energy came ALIVE, our pitchers were rockin’ it, and our defense had their backs. But more than anything, these girls were out there having FUN and living their best lives. The memories being made, the growth… it’s awesome.

So proud of these girls. Tired? Yep. But our hearts are FULL. Wouldn’t trade this crazy softball life for anything. 🫶🏻

What a weekend for our Diamond Express- McMinn girls!
We battled our way to a 6-2 weekend, 5 games today and after three of those being back-to-back games in the grueling Texas heat, our girls dug deep and left it all on the field. & When it mattered most, they shut out the team that handed us our only losses and took home the CHAMPIONSHIP 7-0🏆🥎
It’s so much more than a scoreboard though. The love these girls have for one another is undeniable. They fight for each other, pick each other up, celebrate each other, and that bond shows both on and off the field.
They were tired. They were hot. They were tested. And they battled. What an incredible way to start this fall season. I couldn’t be more proud of this group and the heart they showed all weekend.💙🥎

Here’s to surviving the first FULL week of school! 💙
We hope our Diamond Express girls have had the BEST first week! There have been so many changes already, our 7th graders jumping into a new sport with volleyball 🏐, new friends, new schedules, new routines, and just a whole lot more chaos than anyone probably needed 😂
There may be a few more exhausted kiddos walking onto the field these next few weeks, but we’re going to work through it together and make this Fall season a great one!
These girls aren’t just amazing multi-sport athletes. they’re amazing students, hard workers, great teammates, and even better young ladies. We are so proud of each and every one of them and can’t wait to see what this season brings! Let’s Go DEx!
