STRIKE is not your average strength and conditioning program! It is specifically designed for baseball players. From the custom weight lifting program TO arm care TO instructional hitting with BLAST motion TO speed and agility work. It's all centered around being a next level athlete. Strike is open to 8 year olds to 18 year olds! 4 different class times, broken down into even smaller groups for more individualized work!
