Tuesday and Thursday 10AM-NOON
Adult Self-Defense

Wednesday
11AM-NOON
Kids Anti-Bully Self-Defense

Saturday
11AM-12:45PM
Striking and Sparring

Sunday
10AM-NOON
Grappling and Wrestling

Classes are $20 per session or $100 for the entire month

Law enforcement, firefighters, and active military get a FREE GYM MEMBERSHIP when they sign up!!!
