I’m truly honored to be featured in the latest issue of alongside such an accomplished group of business leaders.
As someone who is usually more comfortable helping others tell their stories than sharing my own, this experience pushed me outside of my comfort zone in the best way. From participating in a professional photoshoot to reflecting on the internal shifts, challenges, and defining moments that have shaped both my business and personal growth, it was an opportunity for meaningful self-reflection.
Entrepreneurship is often viewed through the lens of achievements, milestones, and success. What people don’t always see are the mindset shifts, difficult decisions, setbacks, and lessons that happen behind the scenes. I’m grateful for the opportunity to share a small part of that story.
Thank you to , writer , photographer , and everyone involved in bringing this feature to life. I’m humbled to be included among such an inspiring group of Fort Worth business owners.
Growth rarely happens inside our comfort zones, and I’m thankful this experience reminded me of that.

Capability isn’t built in a phase. It’s built through consistent, intentional effort over time.

There’s nothing wrong with simply getting moving.
But if you’re ready for more—
more structure, more progress, more confidence—
that’s exactly what we build.

We’re incredibly grateful that Elle took the time to share this—she clearly captured the solution this book is meant to provide.
What stands out in her reflection is the reminder that wellness doesn’t need to be extreme or overwhelming to be effective. It can be honest, attainable, and rooted in the reality of full lives—careers, families, stress, setbacks, and growth all happening at once.
This is the work: stepping back to see the whole picture. Understanding how fitness, health, mindset, work-life balance, and emotional well-being are all connected—and how progress comes from small, consistent steps, not perfection.
Ron deeply appreciates this perspective, because it’s exactly why the book was written and why our community exists. To offer guidance without guilt. Encouragement without pressure. Structure without rigidity.
If you’re looking for a more grounded, sustainable approach to feeling better, moving better, and living with more intention—this is the path we believe in. And it’s one we’re proud to walk together as a community of like-minded individuals chasing wellness.

This week, we celebrated a milestone that truly deserves the spotlight—Jennifer’s 1,000th workout with us.
For the past 11 years, Jennifer has shown up through every season of life. Not chasing perfection. Just choosing consistency. Day after day, workout after workout, year after year.
She inspires our entire community by proving what functional fitness is really about:
showing up, moving well, adapting when needed, and continuing to put in the work—at every age, every stage, and every ability level.
Jennifer, thank you for the laughs, the sweat, the funny observations, the quiet leadership, and the steady commitment you bring into this space. You make the room better simply by being in it.
We’re incredibly proud of you and grateful to have you as a leader in our community.
And as if that wasn’t enough—outside the studio, Jennifer works with CASA, serving our community in a meaningful way. That kind of service speaks volumes about who you are and why you fit so naturally into this fitness family.
Here’s to 1,000 strong—and many more to come!
