Wishing my best friend a very happy 24th anniversary. Through all the ups and downs of our taekwondo journey you have been my ride or die. Victories to lessons, parent proudly watching from the sidelines to school owner, your torn ACL and still strong enough (or stubborn) to take a full day of pictures at a tournament, my emergency gallbladder surgery, and so much more.

It all really started at 2022 Spring Nationals in Vegas, then driving to 2024 Fall Nationals in Pittsburgh with a full van of TKD people driving from TX to PA to stay in a haunted church that could hold 20+ people, all the local tournaments from Allen - Galveston, Attending Worlds 4 years in a row (driving 3 out of 4 times).

You believed in me when I was ready to give up, and I'm so glad I leaned on you for support instead of walking away from this amazing sport. You cheered for me when I won and gave a shoulder to cry on when I missed the World title by one point. You have a black belt in understanding me and supporting me and I couldn't ask for more. I'm so grateful that we started our school together and looking forward to all that is yet to come.

🏅 What a day at the Cowtown Classic! 🏅Congratulations to all our 🔥Forge🔥 competitors who put themselves out there on the mat! This is why we train.

Classes are fun but tournaments are where we show the world our best and see how we measure up. 🥇🥈🥉

To our athletes and their families: THANK YOU for doing us proud. We saw tons of smiles and we were thrilled to see so many of you compete today.

Let's see your photos from the event today!
