Kids yoga starts this weekend at

Empower your kid with a toolbox of mindfulness practices including yoga, breath and more at our Kids Yoga Series in February led by !

Our series is designed for boys and girls age 4-7 and 8-12. No experience needed to soak in the benefits of this series. We encourage students to take the full series but also offer the option to drop-in for as many classes as you’re able.

Cost is $100 for the entire series of 5 classes and $25 for a single class.

We are consolidating our yoga home to the Hulen space which means we get to pass along some savings to you! Starting February 15, 2020, our unlimited yoga package will be $79 per month and the drop-in rate is $17 per class.

Join Rebecca Emery as she teaches you the art of Thai Massage and Reflexology for the face, hands and feet. Through nurturing, intentional touch, you will learn how to release those “feel good” endorphins, boost circulation, aid the lymphatic system and help melt away stress and tension leaving your receiver feeling totally relaxed and ready to drift into rest. This workshop is open to anyone but does require partner work. If you do not have a partner, you will be partnered with someone the day of the workshop. Bring your mat!
