“Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.”
‭‭James‬ ‭1‬:‭2‬-‭4‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Tomorrow isn’t guaranteed.

“For you know quite well that the day of the Lord’s return will come unexpectedly, like a thief in the night.”
‭‭1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5‬:‭2‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Sometimes life hard but God put us together so we can be a help for one another. Proverbs 17:17 say “A friend is always loyal, and a brother is born to help in time of need.” Mental health is serious business. A word of encouragement can help someone out of a dark place. Sometimes you have to set the pride to the side and reach out. A blessing will come from it.

Your muscles mean nothing if your character or how you treat others is poor. It’s all flesh and can be taken away from you in an instant. Humble yourself before God does it for you. This not only apply to muscles, looks, money but anything you make an idol. Don’t get me wrong, having muscle is a flex but having character and treating others as you want to be treated while having muscles is even a bigger flex. 💪

“Do to others as you would like them to do to you.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭6‬:‭31‬ ‭NLT‬‬
