Back at it this week! 💪

Great session with Ryan, and a fun HIIT class. I’ll be back for evening class, who’s coming to lift?

Come drop in Women’s Group HIIT for an awesome lower body workout tonight at 6:30pm👊

Proud of all my people for staying after it while I’ve been hangin’ with Kasey! Soaking up a little more time at home with him and Mags, but definitely pumped to get back to coaching Rise Gym to greatness 💪

Rise Gym was electric ⚡️ today! Started off with an impressive workout with Mary Ventura Dusel this morning - capped the evening with a GREAT Men’s S&C.

Mixed in some landmine rotations for +5 power on the golf swings🏌️‍♂️

Thanks for the birthday wishes, it was a great day. I couldn’t be more blessed to be where my feet are.
