🚨 Week 2 of fall ball in the books for Top Tier Indiana East 11u. Another chance to build on the foundation: play together, make adjustments and compete for the guy next to you. Every game gives us something to celebrate & something to sharpen.

🔥 WEEKEND HIGHLIGHTS
⚾️ ON THE MOUND — 7 Top Tier arms shared the work Sunday, combining for 10 Ks.

❤️ Brooks Lane (W) opened G1 with a 13P outing (77% S%), collecting 2 K, 0 BB, and 0 H.
💙 Moxley Burke, Easton Smith and Rylan Breckenridge combined in relief for 4 K (73% S%), allowing 2 H and 1 BB.
🤍 Axl Hickman (W) opened G2, collecting 2 Ks, 0 H and 2 BB.
❤️ Cohen Ellis and Beckham Bebout closed out the day with a combined 2 K, 3 BB and 2 H.

🤌 The pitching depth‼️ Every player has stepped on the mound over the past 2 weekends.

🔥 AT THE PLATE
Tier Boys finished the day with a 1.286 Team OPS‼️ The lineup is DEEP - every one contributed and put pressure on the defense.

❤️ Axl Hickman led the team with 5 RBIs, going 2-4.
💙 Moxley Burke stayed hot at the plate, going 3-3 with an RBI and 4 R.
🤍 Cohen Ellis went 1-2 with 2 RBIs showing productive ABs are not always measured by hits, laying down a sac bunt in G1 to bring home a run.

🔥 IN THE FIELD
🧤 Nolan Nixon led the defense with 7 TC (5 PO and 2 A).
🚫 G1, Lennox Burgess (C) shut down a steal attempt at 2B.
🔥 G2, T3, with 2 outs, Rylan Breckenridge (LF) fielded a hard grounder and fired to Brooks Lane (3B) ➡️ Nolan Nixon (C) at home ➡️ back to Lane ➡️ Beckham Bebout (P) at home, who ran down the tag at 3B. 4 boys. 1 play. .

The Top Tier Indiana East 11u boys are back at Markleville Community Park for Week 2 of the Skulls & Crossbones Classic Fall Ball.

Another opportunity to compete, grow, and get better together. 💪⚾️

🚨 This past Sunday Top Tier Indiana East 11u boys took the field together for the first time and kicked off their fall season with a 2–0 start.

A great first showing, but fall ball is about more than the scoreboard. It’s about learning new teammates, building trust, embracing new roles and learning to compete together as ONE team. Every game gives us something to celebrate and something to sharpen.

🔥 WEEKEND HIGHLIGHTS
⚾️ ON THE MOUND - Five Top Tier arms shared the work Sunday and combined for 11 strikeouts.

❤️ Lennox Burgess (W) opened Game 1 with an 11-pitch outing (82% S%) with 2 strikeouts, zero walks and one hit allowed.
💙 Addington Hennessy followed with 3 strikeouts and one walk, while Nolan Nixon added another 2 strikeouts.
🤍 Cameron Kramer (W) set the tone in Game 2, throwing 10 pitches (80% S%), allowing no hits or walks and adding a strikeout.
❤️ Harrison Huff closed out the day with 3 more strikeouts and one walk on 18 pitches (67% S%)

🔥 AT THE PLATE
It was a full-team effort offensively, with every Tier Boy putting the ball in play during the weekend. Up and down the lineup, they found ways to get on, move runners and produce runs.

❤️ Brooks Lane, Cameron Kramer and Easton Smith each drove in 3 runs, leading the team with 9 combined RBIs.

🎯 OPPORTUNITIES FOR SUCCESS
🏃 Own the Bases — Improve our leads at first and second and be ready to create pressure.
🎯 Reset & Adjust — After a foul ball, make the adjustment in the batter’s box and win the next pitch.
👀 Control the Running Game — When opponents attempt pickoffs, hitters step out and give our runners time to reset before getting back to work.
🧤 Finish the Tag — At first base, receive the baseball at the tag instead of reaching and swiping.
👊 Pound the Chest Together — When there are two strikes, the entire dugout is locked in. Everyone is IN THE FIGHT.

For Eeyore😢

Peter Cullen has passed away at the age of 85.
If you watched cartoons or movies in the 80s then you'd have certainly heard his work.

He is best known for voicing Optimus Prime in the Transformers cartoon as well as in the Michael Bay film series. He is also known for providing the vocal effects of the Predator, Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh, Monterey Jack from Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers, Venger in Dungeons & Dragons, K.A.R.R in Knight Rider and many more.
