Couldn’t be more proud of this guy. .mcdonnellll Surgery in July they said would be 9-12 months until he could return. Here we are 6 months later gettin after it. Lots of hard work and dedication went into this video. Big thanks to and for putting in the time and getting him ready. These guys both out in countless hours and went above and beyond to get him back on the mat. Hope u both know how much we appreciate it.
