The gym was recently remodeled and is fully air-conditioned. We offer gymnastics instruction from Crawlers, Parent-n-Me all the way up to Girls and Boys competitive teams, Free-running/Efficient Movement and GymKata. We host fun Birthday Parties, Open Gym, Adult Open Gym and other events at our facility! NewHope Gymnastics is also the home of “SC United”, the only Men’s College Gymnastics Team in
