A collaboration of 35 water and wastewater utilities in Orange County, California that have signed an indemnification agreement to work together during disaster response. The WEROC program provides day to day support for emergency preparedness, training, and planning for OC's water utilities. It also provides 24 hour, seven day a way support to those same utilities during disasters to ensure efficient and effective response coordination.
