The Pilates Teacher Intensives (PTI) is a continuing education program for Pilates teachers of all styles. It is not about exercises, but about everything else!

- Biomechanics with applications to Pilates
- Studying your particular method/style of Pilates and recognizing what each level needs based on what we discovered in biomechanics.
- Incredible teaching tools
- Deep understanding of the apparatus and how to make the most of it
- Injuries, ailments, imbalances and weird aches and pains and how to adapt to these in our work and so so so much more.
- This is not about the individual exercises, though we do a lot of physical work.
