Maiya Jane Eheler brings over five years of experience leading large-scale volleyball organizations, with expertise spanning operations, organizational leadership, and program development. Her work focuses on building structured systems and long-term athlete development pathways that allow programs to grow without losing sight of the athletes and families they serve.

Maiya is a faith-based leader whose leadership and decision-making are guided by her faith in Jesus Christ. She plays a direct role in shaping the organization’s vision, values, and overall direction, while also influencing program pricing and customer-facing decisions to ensure opportunities remain aligned with the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to the families it serves.

Coach Julia brings an outstanding NCAA Division I playing background and a passion for developing athletes. Her impressive achievements include:

🎖️ Boston College Athletic Leadership Award Recipient
🏛️ Hall of Fame Inductee (2009)
💪 Team Captain from Freshman Through Senior Year

Coach Julia is also an ISSA Youth Fitness Instructor, holds an ISSA Sports Nutrition certification, earned her B.A. in Marketing & Communications from Boston College, and holds an MBA in Global Business from Pepperdine University.
