Happy Bday to Śri Kṛṣṇa! 🎂 🎉 🎁

Kṛṣṇa is one of the most revered of the ten incarnations of Viṣṇu! He symbolizes bhakti (devotion) and has given devotees a practical and yet enticing deity to adore and live up to! By embracing our human tendencies towards compassion and nurturing, we honor his life and teachings!

On this Kṛṣṇa Janmāṣṭamī, may we aspire to see the good, embrace the good, and be the good. Jai!

👯 Bring a Friend for Free This September!

💕We love having you as part of our yoga community, and this September, we would love for you to share that love with your loved ones too!

💕For the entire month of September, you can bring friends, family members, neighbors, partners, or anyone in your contact list to class with you for FREE.

💕Invite one person or invite a whole crew, this is a wonderful chance to introduce the people you care about to the benefits of your yoga practice.

💕Whether they are brand new to yoga or simply curious about your favorite class, we are excited to welcome them to the studio or online!

How It Works:

👯Invites your friend to register for class online or have them arrive a little early so our guides can help them get set up.

👯After class, make sure your friend fills out a raffle ticket and be sure to complete a raffle ticket yourself, too!

💕At the end of September, we will hold a raffle to celebrate everyone who shared the yoga love.

💕Our new students will have the chance to win class packages to keep their practice going, and for those of you who bring someone along? We got a special raffle for you too! Your thank-you goodies will be a surprise though! 😘

We will announce the raffle winners in our October Newsletter and here on social media, so be sure to follow us and keep an eye out. 👀

💕One of my greatest joys in life is to continue to study and share the teachings from my teacher Hansa! She has touched the yoga world in so many profound ways and deep gratitude I have for her is often not translatable into words. ✨Today is Guru Pūrṇimā! A day of reverence for the lights that guide us on our paths!✨

✨In yoga, the Guru (teacher) Śiṣya (student) relationship holds the highest value for one walking the path to enlightenment! Not to give away our personal power, but for those who have explored the path before us to enlighten the blind spots for us along the way.

✨I’m forever grateful for my own Guru Hansa-ji, and am honored to share what continuously learn from her!
