MEET GIANNA! 💪

Fitness has been a passion of Gianna’s for the past seven years, and her own fitness journey has inspired her to help others feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, she is passionate about strength training, body recomposition, and helping clients build sustainable habits that fit their lifestyles.

Outside of the gym, Gianna enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new things, and continuing to expand her knowledge of fitness and nutrition. She is excited to continue growing as a trainer while creating a positive, encouraging environment for every client.

MEET MIKE! 💪

Mike’s fitness journey began through his love of training, running, and constantly finding new ways to challenge himself. After years of working as a firefighter and paramedic, he wanted to take that same passion for helping others and bring it into fitness coaching.

Mike enjoys strength training, functional fitness, conditioning, and helping people build confidence both in and out of the gym.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Mike running, hiking with his dog Tilly, traveling, or finding his next outdoor adventure.

Jake’s fitness journey began while pursuing his dream of competing at the collegiate level, which led him to the University of Michigan, where he competed as a long jumper and served as a team captain.

He is passionate about sharing the knowledge and experience he has gained throughout his fitness journey with others who are looking to better themselves in any aspect of fitness. Jake believes that feeling good about your fitness level can have a positive impact on every area of your life.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys bike riding, hiking, reading, and playing chess.

(Updated) MEET MAUREEN! 💚

Maureen has loved sports from a young age, playing soccer, basketball, and softball since she was six years old. Fitness has always been her outlet—a way to relieve stress, stay healthy, and maintain balance through life's everyday demands.

With more than 30 years of teaching experience, Maureen still loves every second of helping others move and feel their best. She believes that anything is possible as long as you're willing to show up for yourself and put in the effort. As she likes to joke, if the "Queen Clutz" can do it, anyone can! 😅

Outside of the studio, Maureen is a proud mom to two grown sons and a loving grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren. They are her greatest motivation and inspire her to stay active so she can keep up with every adventure. Maureen teaches a variety of fitness formats and genuinely loves each and every one.

MEET ANGELINA! 💚

After playing professional basketball, Angelina found her next competitive arena in fitness. She loves pushing her limits through marathons, HYROX, and endurance races, bringing that same drive and determination into every class she teaches.

In addition to coaching group fitness, Angelina is a basketball trainer and runs her own mental performance and mentoring business for athletes, helping them build confidence both on and off the court.

Known for her high-energy coaching style, Angelina leads Bootcamp, HIIT & Lift, Barre, and Mind-Body Connection classes that are loud, motivating, and fun. Her goal is for every participant to leave feeling stronger, more connected, and proud of the work they put in.
